• Birth and upbringing
✓ Muhammad Ali Abdul-Razzaq Al-Mutawa was born on November 22, 1971 in Kuwait, and he is the youngest of his sisters. During his childhood, he studied at Fajr Al-Sabah National School (the Rosary Sisters previously), and he fused in accepting different religions, beliefs and thoughts since childhood.

✓ Graduated from Kuwait University in 1997 with a BA degree from the Department of Sociology and Social Work.

✓ He worked as a supervisor in the National Council for Culture, Arts and Literature by participating in the summer program (How to read) over three seasons (1999-2001). These programs were established in (the Writers and Socialists Association) In the aim of instilling the hobby of reading among Kuwaiti children and teaching them how to create a private library for them.
